Tenosynovial Ganglion of the Hands

Abstract

|
Authors presented 32 cases of sesamoid tenosynovial ganglia of the flexor tendon sheath in they hands. Among them, 30 cases were treated by needle-rupture successfully in the first instance. Two cases were surgically excised, but these two cases were clinically mis-diagnosed to be trigger finger, and were submitted to surgery without attempting needle-rupture.
